I need to set up the Authentication app on google to connect to my account , so I can log in and complete modules . I need to fix the authentication process .

I cannot access my Hud Exchange account. I am trying to see the results of my HECM test.

I cannot get into my account because I forgot to set up my two factor account

The website is not allowing me to sign in. It is telling me to contact support.

My account login is locked and will not let me sign in.

It is not letting me create a two factor authentication, and therefor not letting me do my modules.
