while I am taking my test, it exited by itself.

I was prompted to change my password yesterday and tried to sign on using the new password. The new password was not accepted and I tried to sign in with my old password. That was also denied and I was locked out of my account. I tried to change my password today but was unable to, and tried to sign in with both passwords and was locked out again.

I passed the exam, but have not received my certificate.
