Hello, I was scheduled to take my exam twice today and both times I was having issues on the page where it is having me do the biometrics when it says I have to take a photo it was saying waiting for permission and wasn't allowing me to click "allow" in the browser because the lockdown browser. I've contacted out IT Department and they allowed permissions on my end and I was also using the administrator portal to take the exam. Can you please help me and resolve this issue I am having, I am not sure what is going on. Thank you

Months ago I had to setup the authenticator app which I completed and using the Microsoft Authenticator app. However, despite entering a new 6-digit code each time for each attempt it continues to give me the same error message previously noted.
