Dear HUD Support Team, I am writing to request assistance with accessing my HUD account. I am currently unable to log in because I do not have the QR code or the setup key needed to link my account to my authenticator app. Please advise on the steps I need to take to reset or reconfigure the multi-factor authentication so that I can regain access to my account.

Given that I was unable to login to my account I am responding through with another support ticket. Months ago I had to setup the authenticator app which I completed and using the Microsoft Authenticator app. However, despite entering a new 6-digit code each time for each attempt it continues to give me the same error message previously noted.
