I am locked out of my account and the email for the password reset is not coming through
Ms Ballard called in because of issues with the exam the night before. Kryterion rescheduled her, she wanted to know if there were sooner dates. She also was confused about the equiptment requirements on both HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov and Kryterion website. She was also experiencing problems with the Sentintal software that is required to download when trying to connect to her exam.

Monday October 10th- Mayra Ledezma called in having troubles logging in with her Kryterion password. She had an exam scheduled for October 10th, but appears to have been able to get ahold of Kryterion support and they were able to reschedule her.
Ms Vicky Thompson called in, Monday October 10th, having some trouble scheduling her exam.
Mr Goss called in requesting for the in person exam to be unlocked. Stayed on the phone with him until he booked and confirmed his next exam. I did remind him anytime he needs to take the exam he will have to call in for the exam to be unlocked.
