The exam registration instructions and your confirmation email both state that your exam registration must match your government-issued ID. 

First, you must update your name in your HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov User Profile by logging into your account and selecting "Edit" on the User Profile Dashboard.

Next, you must transfer the update to Kryterion's Webassessor site. In order to transmit the new information to Webassessor:

The HUD Housing Counselor Certification Exam is available in English and Spanish. Candidates with limited English proficiency and limited Spanish proficiency may request additional exam time.

I am scheduled to take the exam this Fri. Dec. 10th, 2021 in Woodbridge. Unfortunately there has been a death in my husband's family and the funeral will be Fri. Dec. 10th starting at 11:00 AM. When I rescheduled I accidently hit Dec. 8th instead of Dec. 15th. Trying to reschedule now and system is asking for $85. Can that fee be waived? I apologize for the inconvenience.

The Study Guide consists of 15 modules and a Glossary that vary from approximately 20 to 60 pages. A single file of the entire training is not available.

The Support team is not able to provide physical copies of the Study Guide. You are welcome to print the training as befits your needs to prepare for the exam. 

I missed my exam now as got confuse with military timezone today, Need help to get the launch button.

To cancel or reschedule your exam, sign in to HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov and select Change Your Test Date in the Countdown to your Exam! section of your User Profile Dashboard. 

Follow the steps to reschedule or cancel your scheduled exam (canceled exams will be refunded to the credit card used), then follow the steps to schedule a new exam.

Greetings, my name is Marla Irizarry. I'm a single mom and recent first-time home buyer. During this process I realized that I want to help other women to achieve this goal, if I made it happen they can do it too. I would like to have an orientation related to the way I can be a homeowner counselor/advisor. I read the requirements, however it is required to be employed by a certified agency? I'm wondering if I can get some clarification on that, please. Thank you so much in advance.
