I obtained my certification last year (2021) with my previous employer. Is there any way I can obtain proof of my HUD Certification for my records and to present to my current employer.

I just want to make sure you did receive all my answers to the test.

I had a few questions that were still marked "under review" and I didnt have time to uncheck them all

Can you please verify you received all the answers to the 90 questions and not just a portion of it?

Completion of training is optional and is not required to become certified. However, to increase certification exam passing rates, candidates are highly encouraged to study the course content.

To access the training, you must be signed into your account on HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov. 

Once you are signed in, select “Training Center” at the top of the page. If you are already signed in, you can access the Training Center launch page directly.

I was scheduled to take an online exam on Jan. 2 but my grandmother passed away on Christmas day, her funeral was Jan. 1st and I was so busy with the funeral and family that I completely forgot about the exam. I hadn't checked my emails for almost two weeks.
I see my missed my exam and I want to ask if it's possible to reschedule the exam without having to pay.
