locked out says wrong password would like to reset password

Hi I may need to set up at home due to a storm. Have the requirements for an external camera changed. I'm so uptight about making sure the computer test is ready. What are the biometric changes. Is there a number I can call to tyalk with someone. Thank you,

Your test date details are included in your Assessment Purchase Confirmation email. Your test date details are also located in the Countdown to Your Exam! section of your User Profile Dashboard. You must be logged in to access your user profile. To change your test date, please log in to HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov and visit the Exam Registration page.

To access the exam registration, you must be signed into your account on HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov.

Select Begin Exam Registration in the Countdown to your Exam! section of your User Profile Dashboard. Follow the steps to register for the exam and complete the form at the bottom of the page.
