My Agency HCS ID# is inactive. How do I go about updating this?
To access the exam registration, you must be signed into your account on HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov.
Select Begin Exam Registration in the Countdown to your Exam! section of your User Profile Dashboard. Follow the steps to register for the exam and complete the form at the bottom of the page.

I was unable to access the exam, so I involved Sentry tech support. They told me to take it at home. I asied if there was a proctored site. They canceled my exam and tried to set up a proctored site. Then they sent me to you. I'm really frustrated. I don't want to be charged again because this was not my fault. Let me know what you can do to help. Thank you. Stephen Plummer
Dear Counselor,
There is no limit on how many times you can take the exam. However, the registration system does limit the number of times a candidate can register for the exam.
If you receive a notice about maximum attempts, please call Support at 800-448-7149. Support will manually unlock the registration system while on the phone with you allowing you to register. Please do not call Support for assistance until you are ready to complete registration and pay for the exam.

I have a Reasonable Accommodation and I have scheduled my exam from Thursday July 29th at 2pm in Waukesha WI. Can I please get a individual room and in addition to being able to read out loud and get extra time. The proctor explained to me that she was not told about the reading and silent room accommodations and asked me to specify it with you all so she can accommodate me.

I was told to reschedule because I had to go buy a mask and it took too long .Iam fully vaccinated didn’t think I would need it how do I reschedule
I have completed the exam and passed. I am trying to complete the certification application process. It says that I do not have a valid SSN or exam date so it will not let me process my application.
