Is there a separate training module for HECM? Where do i find it?

My test was suspended due to a mistake. My proctor may have thought I was cheating because I was using the calculator which is required for the test. Either that or my phone was on the table by mistake. I have no intention of cheating and will provide access to my desk which will be clear this time. I sincerely apologize.

I registered for the exam and took all steps that were required. I clicked launch and was not given access. I need to take this exam TODAY. Can someone please assist me? I have attemped to live chat with Kryterion and still no help!

My name on Webassessor is Maggie Willis, not Margaret Willis. This needs to be updated so that I can take my exam. I also already paid fr my exam and they wouldn't let me take it so I will need to have help figuring out how I can reschedule without paying again. No one is being helpful.

I took the test yesterday and got a 487 out of 500. There were quite a few questions on the test that was not on the online training for HUD. Where can I find additional FREE information and training so I can pass the test. For example that training never taught us how to calculate Section 8 payments for a client.

Also can you please explain to me how the test scoring works? According to the two tests that you have online showed that I was proficient.
