I took the test yesterday and got a 487 out of 500. There were quite a few questions on the test that was not on the online training for HUD. Where can I find additional FREE information and training so I can pass the test. For example that training never taught us how to calculate Section 8 payments for a client.

Also can you please explain to me how the test scoring works? According to the two tests that you have online showed that I was proficient.

I'm having issues with my Social Security Number and Counselor Exam ID in FHA Connection, keeps giving me errors for no reason.

How Can I review my questions of the practice exam ?

Good morning, I need your assistance because I'm having problems with my HECM exam. I had to reschedule my test several times due to having several problems connecting to the test browser. Today I had my test scheduled for 10:00 a.m., but I'm showing my test is not available. I reached out to Kryterion's support chat box and was told my test expired and she's unable to reschedule please reach out to you. my email address is maria.ramirez@dallascounty.org

I registered for an exam and used my agency's card to pay for it but I never received a confirmation email and it does not show me registered under registrations.

I took the HECM TEST today at 10:30 am and I passed with 83 but I have not received any email yet or can see that in my profile

login locked me out just before exam. sent 'forgot password' request and its been over 20 minutes with no email to fix the problem!

I passed the HECM exam on 9/8/23, they still say no exam is on file, I have sent several emails to attempt to resolve this issue to HECMExam@ajantaconsulting.com but they still have not resolved it, please help! 6 weeks ago...
