I tried to call and the voice mail was not available. I just took the HECM exam and have questions about some of the available answers.

Line of credit payments available to borrower: the manual says on tab 12, 2.6.2 that payments must be made within 5 business days and that was not an option, 4 day was the closest option.

The charge to change a payment plan says $20 in the manual but I do not remember that being an option.

There was a question about tenure payments no longer available but the answer "as long as the borrower lives in the home" was not an option

I what to see about rescheduling , I was taking my exam at 930 and in the middle of the test i was kick out i dont know if i hit the wrong key or i was kick out since then i talked to 6 different people and they could not help i try to go back in and it takes me to the payment screen after the lauch screen

On the education of this course the material needs to be updated on here it states that if someone doesn't provide 20% down payment at closing they must have PMI for the life of the loan but it doesn't state that if someone where to bring 10% of the down payment the PMI will fall off in 11years.

I am an audiobook narrator/producer. I am also studying to take the HUD Housing Counselor Exam. I will be creating an audio study guide for myself, based on the training modules.

Would HUD be interested in this product for its online Modules?

Hello. For some reason, during my exam, I continued to be paused, interrupting me from completing my exam. I asked the chat agent what the reason was for, and also inquired about rescheduling due to these interruptions, however did not receive a response to either request. Unfortunately I failed this exam for the second time, and don't have the funds to continue paying $60 to retake, so would appreciate a fair, uninterrupted chance in completing my exam.

I need to register to take the HECM exam.
