Mr. Bamaca called and stated that he received a confirmation email showing that his exam was scheduled for Nov 30, 2022 at 1:00 pm. but he then received an email stating his scheduled time was 10:00 am. I checked webassessor and the time was scheduled for 10:00 am. Mr. Bamaca stated that he would attempt to reschedule the exam for 1:00 pm as he originally thought he scheduled.

I'm trying to register for an online center and am not able to find how to register and pay for the test. I do find the testing site I want to register for, but it does not have a place to enter the credit card information. I need to set this up asap. Thank you. My work phone number is 720 956 3809. hello, I created a account and password and when I click on sign in and type in the information, I received a error message stating the information is invalid.

Raysa called about needing help registering for the exam.

I have logged into to take my exam. I go to my assessments and when I push the launch button it asks me to re login into my account. Once I put my credentials in it says it is the wrong user name or password although it is the exact same user name and password used to log into my account. I reached out to Kryterion and they said to reach out to you all since the problem is from the HUD website. Any help would be greatly appreciated ASAP. The exam has been rescheduled for Monday and I need help in this manner/

I am interested in receiving my certification in Foreclosure Intervention. Does HUD provide any type of online training? Or recommend any organizations to receive training for certification.

It says to complete the test before registering again, but my previous exam was suspended. I have contacted Kryterion Support but was redirected
here.
