• First name
• Last name
• Email address*
• State

I am writing to inquire about the possibility of canceling my upcoming certification exam and requesting a refund of the fees paid for the exam. I had originally registered for the HECM Exam Certification Exam scheduled for October 31st 2023. However, due to unforeseen changes to my position and job requirements, I am now unable to take the exam as planned. I understand that your organization may have specific policies regarding cancellations and refunds, and I would greatly appreciate your guidance in this matter.

Can I change my test from online to the test center?
