Hello. I started to take my HECM exam and after the first question i accidentally clicked SUBMITT instead of clicking next question and it submitted my test. i was only able to answer one question. can you relaunch my test so i can continue with my HECM testing.

Will I need to be registered with a Housing Counseling Agency prior to taking the exam?

Since English is my second language, I am requesting 1 hour extra time for the Hud Housing counseling exam on August 30, 2023 at 3:00 PM. Instead of 2 hours, please increase to 3hours for the exam. Thank you for your consideration.

I came to take my exam and when I arrived there I was
ask for a code I did not knw about the code so I call my job they could not find it so I could not take the exam. I am now trying to retake my exam.

Online Course Module 3.2, slide 6/17 does not have a "Next" button, nor can I use the hotkey to go to the next slide.

Also, clicking the module links takes me to the middle of the module with answers for knowledge checks are ready filled out.
