I have taken the Knowledge Assessment. Under B1.2, the question ask" Which is the down payment required if the client purchases a $375,000 home with an FHA mortgage?" My answer was $13,125 and marked wrong. I looked at the explanation. I don't understand the explanation. I asked my supervisor who is a HUD certified counselor. She said the answer should have been $13,125. If that is not correct please explain it better to me.
