Need to register for taking HECM exam, there were issues with Kryterion last Sept. 8th and referred me to request voucher with you before I schedule exam.

Hello, I was scheduled to take the HUD exam today at 9:30 and had difficulty launching the webassessor. I contacted the support staff at Kryterion and it wasn't resolved. I'm still waiting for assistance. I rescheudled the online exam for tomorrow, but wondering if I can change to the in person option instead? Thank you.

How can I get a copy of the two Exams that I have paid and taken.

On August 7, I attempted to take the HUD exam. I was never able to get into the system due to technical difficulties. My management asked that I reach out to reschedule at now charge, due to the difficulties. I sent a message as soon as I started experiencing challenges. I also sent an email and chat. Please advise
