My Certificate was released by my former employer on 4/12/2023. My new employer Southwest Economic Solutions has been trying to get since then and has had no luck. Can you please point me in the direction to get this issue resolved?

I would like to change my test exam to in person

My exam has been rescheduled and it conflicts with my work schedule. Why was my exam rescedueled?

Do we have to pay for each time we take the HUD counselor test ????

I was on the last question of my exam where I was reading a few of the words out loud . It helps me better understand the question but I understand it's not allowed . I was refraining myself from doing it throughout the hole of the test till it suspended me for saying 3 of the words . I was on the last question , how do I go about this

Not 20mjn ago I scheduled the HUD certification exam for 9 in the drop down menu when I meant 10am. Please do not make me pay an extra $85 when I know there are available slots for 10am.

Am HUD registered broker, but won't recignize me t sing in for the class. Do i need to set up a new and different account?Thanks

My issues I'm trying to pay to retake the exam but it keeps telling me to contact the issuer of the card and i have used the card at other places with no issues. Is there another method in which I can pay to retake the exam?
