I attempted to purchase the HUD test for 100. My bank declined the purchase, after I confirmed it was me I resubmitted my request to pay. I have two confirmations. I need a refund for one please.

i need to transfer my Exam Results to FHA Connection, but i am not seeing the option to do so. i previously took my HUD exam and passed on march 8th 2022. That is the only transfer that i see which has already been reported.

I believe I have 2 accounts. I have already passed my exam. I created another account thinking that it would merge the two. It has not. Please advise. I just wanted to know when my certification ends and to see how many training hours I need to maintain my certification.

Hello, my name is Anna Bellando Rio and currently I am a HUD certified counselor, but I am also a manager who administers or not administer. Sorry. So who is also in charge of the housing counselors passing the test? We had one councillor take the test two days ago and she unfortunately didn't pass. When I tried to contact somebody to reschedule the test, they said that we needed to make a payment again. And this is different from what we've done in the past with another coach who also took the test five times. We never had to pay.

While taking the HUD certification exam on the 2nd exam I had a popup that stated that a internet interruption had occurred?Is there a way that this error could be checked? Just wondering if this could have interfered with my score?
