How do I download a PDF copy of the training

Trying to launch unable to login reset password still not working

I am having issues with logging into the exam. I launch the exam and do all the steps and then it logs out and tells me to log back in and it wont take my hud log in and password. also my apple computer is that the sentinel program needs to be updated ,due to apple not able to detect malware. my test is tomorrow morning at 9 am my time (pacific time). I have tried all day on work laptop which it won't allow me due to firewalls. then i am on my home computer and it is giving me different issues. I need to take the exam please help me.

I recently attempted to take the HUD certification test on November 8th, 2022 but was not able to because Kryterion was not downloaded properly on my computer. I tried again on December 5, 2022. I had the same issue. Now I believe I was able to download Kryterion to another computer. When I went into the test center in my profile it didn't give me the option to reschedule my test. Wondering if I have to pay the $60 again to take the test?

Hello, I have an issue with the Kryerion/Webassessor and my ID.

Today on 5.11.2023 roughly around 9:15am my webassessor ask for my ID and I complied and show it to them. They then refrain me from taking the test because the name on the test did not match my ID. My Legal name is Vicente but I go by Vincent, I've taken the test a few times before and that was not an issue until today. Regardless I would like to fix this issue moving forward and reschedule for my test. Please contact me as soon as possible.

Hello I have taken the Exam several times and there seem to be questions that are not in the Modules on the Exam. The cost is quite high. Is there information regarding questions not in the Modules.
