I am reaching out to see if there are any support groups/study groups in my area. I am new to the housing counseling world, and have failed the exam twice now. I really want to connect with someone to review the areas I am falling short before I take the exam again.

The Kryterion site went offline twice during the exam with the promise that the questions that were answered were saved. This didn't happen The counselor had to go back and re-answer the questions. Because of this she ran out of time and failed the exam. She shouldn't have to re take this or pay for it again.

I had and exam scheduled for 2:15 pm on today 5/5/2023. I was unable to sign in. I scheduled and paid for the exam on yesterday. Has no sign in information. Received an email that stated I was not scheduled for an exam.

I keep trying to register for the exam and it cancels it on me.

I scheduled to take the HECM exam on 4/14/2023. I did not want to take it by using the online proctored exam, I would like to go to a testing site. Is there a way to change this?

I was not able to access my exam this morning at 10 am I need to reschedule e but it still will not let me into the site its says the certificate for the site is not valid . So it seems like a tech error on you all side because i even tried on my personal computer .
