The section Module 1.1 is struck and will not let me complete. I've restarted my computer, refresh & log off for 10 minutes and its still struck. I've also copy & paste the website to restart it over again. My work number is 815-722-0722 ext 2205 Will County Center for Community Concerns. May I also do the Knowledge Assessment for free. what's the best wayfor me to know that I can pass the certification exam? I've taken the practice test twice, and each time the assessment does not tell me which questions I missed or if I got a passing grade. It just tells me "additional study needed" It does not give me the confidence in taking the certification exam. I'm just afraid to have to retake the exam at $100 per exam. I'd like to pass it the first time. Can you help me?
