HECM Exam- Application Process

You must be able to fill-in and print the application from FHA Connection (FHAC), sign it, scan it and save it in PDF format. You must use a scanner that creates PDF files. Please be sure that you save all pages of the scanned and signed form into one file before uploading it. PDF is the only acceptable file format.

In addition to the application, you must submit proof to HUD that you successfully completed each education course listed on your application. Each certificate must be scanned to your computer and saved individually in separate PDF files.

Hi,

I was scheduled to take the test this morning at 10:45am, but upon verifying my identity, I learned that my government issued ID didn't match my online information. I would like to get support in clearing it up before I am scheduled to take my test on April 12th. It was rescheduled for this purpose.

I am trying to finish up the process to get my certification. I am trying to submit the application on FHA Connection. To submit the application, I need to provide HECM Training Information, but I am not sure what to put in that section of the application. I contact FHA Connection, but they didn't really give me information about it. They told me to contact the FHA Resource Center, which then directed me to contact you. So hopefully you can give me the information I am requesting, or guidance to complete the application and finish the certification process. Thank you!
