I could not log into Web processor it does not recognize my logging and password- ( spelling and typing were checked) . will someone assist me, please. I call the technical support i did not get a responses.

To whom it may concern,

Kryterion states that my name shows as "Cathy" but my ID shows "Catherine". I just looked at my Profile and it shows at "Catherine". Is there somewhere else on the HUD website where I should change my name from Cathy to Catherine?

I need to have my exam unsuspended in order for me to continue and finish it.
