how many times can i take the practice exams?

One of our employees passed the HUD Housing Counseling Exam but we haven't set up an Agency HCS ID and need support doing that.

To cancel or reschedule your exam, sign in to HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov and select Access Exam Details in the Countdown to your Exam! section of your User Profile Dashboard. 

Follow the steps to reschedule or cancel your scheduled exam (canceled exams will be refunded to the credit card used), then follow the steps to schedule a new exam.

I completed the training. Is there a printable certificate for this training?

No where am I able to find out how to sign up for Kryterion/Webassessor to download the web browser. Please send me the link to do this, as my HUD account log in is not working.

I am a little confused on the scoring of the practice tests for the HUD Housing Counseling certification. I have taken the practice test multiple times and keep getting "More Study is Recommended" on all five categories. Does this mean I pass or fail? is there another measure above this that says something like "proficient" or "no more study recommended"? just don't know what is passing for the practice exams. PLease advise.

For your account on HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov, the “username” is the email address used to register for the account. If you receive an error while signing in, make sure:

• You are using the correct email address
• There are no blank spaces or other characters in the text box for the email address
• Your email address is not being autofilled by your browser.
