Ticket from Regina Jackson - Kryterion/Webassessor

Please. I was taking the HUD Exam today scheduled at 2:15P. During the last 15 minutes I was reviewing my answers, right before hitting the submit I was told to close the window because my face was not in the camera. This is a webcam I'm using, I have not moved from this chair. I don't understand why. I moved from the square at the beginning as well and received a message to move back closer to the webcam. I don't understand. I wish I would have just hit the submit. Please.

Ticket from Geraldine Tobias - Certification Exam

Hi! I was contacted today by the admin of the test location in Orange, CT. She had to change the date of the test from today to Sunday because they were not going to be at the location today or tomorrow due to an event. I’m not sure if I can use the same code I was given originally. She said, she was trying to get in touch with someone at Krytwrion but unsuccessfully. Please advise if the code will be ok, I had the day off today to take care of this and I need to take care of this before Monday when I go back to work.
