I am currently receiving a message that I will be locked out for 6 hours and to contact support to resolve the issue. Is this something that can be unlocked by this afternoon so I am able to download the software on my personal computer

Signed up for my exam. Will there be an issue that my name is Nikki but my ID is Nicole? Will I need to change my name in the system to match my docs or will it be understood its a shortened "nickname" for Nicole.

Unfortunately there was an error coordinating the exam. We got the date wrong. I would take it on August 30 and it was scheduled for the 29 by mistake. Yesterday, I went in to take my exam and it did not allow me to pay for a new one, nor to do RSCH paying the difference. Please consider my request for a refund.

As announced in the Federal Register Notice dated May 31, 2017, an online proctored exam costs $60 and an in-person proctored exam costs $100.
