I want to reschedule or cancel the exam. I requested online that the new password be sent to my email but it never is sent to my email. There is never an email from Kryterion to reset my password.

Hello - I've taken a passed the HUD Housing Counselor Exam and transferred my results however, I'm trying to register on FHA connection and this is the error code I'm receiving.

Hi, This is Cynthia Tabron and I took the test again today and did not pass. I studied everything that was given to me regarding you online training. However, today when I took the test it was different information. I was not familiar with most of the information that was presented.
