Ticket from Carlton Brown, Sr. - Kryterion/Webassessor

The fee charged each time an individual takes the certification examination is based on the cost of administering the examination. As announced in the Federal Register Notice dated May 31, 2017, an online proctored exam costs $60 and an in-person proctored exam costs $100. Any changes in pricing will be published in advance in the Federal Register.

Ticket from Roderick Anderson - Kryterion/Webassessor

Dear Roderick,

After signing in to the HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov site, users are not required to enter username and password credentials to access Webassessor. Your HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov user account automatically logs you into Webassessor.

There is a known browser error in which candidates are sometimes kicked out of Webassessor and asked to log back in.

Ticket from Ellen Smith - Certification Exam

Signed up to take the test on September 24th at 12:30 p.m. and there was quite the delay on starting the test then several times through the test kept loosing connections. This was quite the interuption and cause of stress as well. Realize that the time was not lost but was distractive.

Ticket from Marylynn Jones - User Account

After completing the pre-exam requirements I had trouble logging in to my account after launching the exam. When I requested to reset my password I was not provided a password reset link. I attempted to use the live chat function with Kryterion but the representative also could not help reset my password and provided the following explanation, "While the HUD website does access some features of Webassessor, they are two entirely separate sites. I am only able to reset passwords for Webassessor accounts, not HUD accounts."
