There is no limit on how many times you can take the exam. However, the registration system does limit the number of times a candidate can register for the exam. 

If you receive a notice about maximum attempts, please call Support at 800-448-7149. Support will manually unlock the registration system while on the phone with you allowing you to register. Please do not call Support for assistance until you are ready to complete registration and pay for the exam.

Hello, I have an exam scheduled at 1:30 Est today. I was trying to sign in and for some reason my password wasn't working. I sent a request to change my password to my work email lmeade@cambridgecredit.org and I also had on the screen my personal email which I originally used and I changed my password with Google and it's not working and now I'm locked out. Can someone help me.

Ticket from Sherlyn Wyss - Certification Exam

I tried to take my test this morning and they said that they could not verify my ID. I had set my account up as Sherry Wyss. My real legal name is Sherlyn. That is what is on my ID. I've never had an issue with that before. I updated my information in my account to now be Sherlyn. The address matches my driver's license. They did reschedule for me. Is there anything else that I need to do?
