Hi! I am trying to register for the Housing Counselor Exam but I am unable to due to my company not being a listed agency (no HCS ID number), we are a non-profit company and we are trying to achieve this, but I am not sure how to go about registering. Thank you!

There is no limit on how many times you can take the exam. However, the registration system does limit the number of times a candidate can register for the exam. 

If you receive a notice about maximum attempts, please call Support at 800-448-7149. Support will manually unlock the registration system while on the phone with you allowing you to register. Please do not call Support for assistance until you are ready to complete registration and pay for the exam.
