I don't see my counselor exam id

I'm now on the FHA Connection website to complete my application for passing the HUD Certification Exam. What do I choose for "Counselor Type" on the top left? The choices are "HECM" and "Certified". If I choose "Certified", a message says "Changing counselor type to certified will clear all training data". I don't think I should choose "HECM" because this wasn't a HECM exam I passed.

The bottom of the screen does give me the option of entering the Counselor exam ID of NY25991647

Please advise. I tried calling but was unable to leave a message.

I created an account yesterday (09-14-22) and I completed Module 1 (all of them) and when I logged back in today, it says I have completed none. Thank you.

I'm not able to install the sentinel.

im not sure whats happened but ive done all the modules up to 5.1 and dont see my progress anymore?
