Is their a program that can reimburse counselors for testing the Hud Exam and the Hecm Exam. Please let me know.

Good Afternoon I would like assistance , on my last exam date the software did not give me the option to launch my exam. I would like to be credited the funds to a in person exam being that launch did not work.

I haven't gotten a verification email yet.

Completion of training is optional and is not required to become certified. However, to increase certification exam passing rates, candidates are highly encouraged to study the course content.

To access the training, you must be signed into your account on HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov. 

Once you are signed in, select “Training Center” at the top of the page. If you are already signed in, you can access the Training Center launch page directly.

I can't find my assesment test results

I am locked out of my account and unable to reset my password. I urgently need to schedule an online exam. Please help

The HUD Housing Counselor Certification Exam is available in English and Spanish. Candidates with limited English proficiency and limited Spanish proficiency may request additional exam time.

i could not launch my exams because of this error message. "Sentinel requires an administrator user account. You are running on a standard user account. Sentinel will now quit. My exams is now rescheduled to tomorrow at 3 pm.
