Caller was concerned that her Online Training Staus was reset. I directed her to the Notices on ther Profile page to identify what updates were made to the modules.
Dear Counselor,
There is a known issue with Google Chrome in which certain modules will not load. Users can access the module by right clicking on the module link and selecting "Save Link As" which allows users to save the PDF to their computer and open it from there. Users also have the option to switch browsers.
If these options do not resolve the issue, please update this ticket via the link at the bottom of this message or call 800-448-7149 8am - 4:30pm Eastern Time, Monday - Friday.

Thank you for informing us of the issue you are experiencing. We have cancelled the suspended exam and you should be able to access the Online exam option now. Please let us know if you continue to experience issues with the registration process.
