I am working through the training modules and have to repeat several modules for unknown reason. I would rather not repeat another module, and use my time towards an additional module. Are you able to see the completion of Module #3 and have the training show completed?

To access the exam registration, you must be signed into your account on HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov.

Select Begin Exam Registration in the Countdown to your Exam! section of your User Profile Dashboard. Follow the steps to register for the exam and complete the form at the bottom of the page.

Dear Counselor,

There is no limit on how many times you can take the exam. However, the registration system does limit the number of times a candidate can register for the exam. 

If you receive a notice about maximum attempts, please call Support at 800-448-7149. Support will manually unlock the registration system while on the phone with you allowing you to register. Please do not call Support for assistance until you are ready to complete registration and pay for the exam. 

The purpose of HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov is to help counselors prepare for the HUD Housing Counselor Certification Exam and provide access to the exam. After passing the exam and transferring the results to FHA Connection, counselor certification activities shift from HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov to FHA Connection.

How do I retrieve my knowledge assessment results to continue reviewing my answers. The battery power shut off the computer. I logged back on and was unable to access it.. I was directed to start over again and my prior test assessment would be saved, which I do not want to do at this point without first reviewing the current test assessment. HELP!
