Upon going through each module again I found some problems with the learning material that led to a lot of confusion and wasted time. In Module 2.1 with the Maximum monthly housing payment formula, it NEVER once states that you have to use the predetermined front-end ratios mentioned earlier in the module. So I was going through all of the problems thinking that I had to figure out the front-end ratio. Even in the knowledge checks there's no further information, all that is said is "the standard affordable front-end ratio is 28% for homebuyers with a conventional loan.
