I have my exam scheduled for this coming Monday April 11, 2022 @ 11am. I have yet to receive my code to access the exam facilities at usf. This will be my second time taking the exam.

I experienced an issue taking the exam on April 7th. The system had a “ glitch” that kicked me off the screen on my 80th question. I was able to log back in, however my time ran out before I could answer the next question. I believe we should be compensated/reimbursed for this system glitch as it caused me not to be able to complete the exam.

I worked for housing program called HOPE that was affiliated with NCORR. I am no longer employed due to contract. Do I have to be employed with housing program to qualify to take the exam for certification reason?

Dear Counselor,

There is no limit on how many times you can take the exam. However, the registration system does limit the number of times a candidate can register for the exam. 

If you receive a notice about maximum attempts, please call Support at 800-448-7149. Support will manually unlock the registration system while on the phone with you allowing you to register. Please do not call Support for assistance until you are ready to complete registration and pay for the exam.
