it does not let me begin my test

Where can we obtain our Housing Counselors HUD ID numbers so that we can be able to submit our 9902 for the first with CounselorMax. We went from LaunchPad to CounselorMax October of 2021. We attempted to submit the 9902 but got error messages that we need to get our HUD ID#. Can you please help.

I reset my password and can log in from my phone, but not my desk top. On my desk top it states 5 login attempts failed try back in 6 hrs. I have training that need to be completed today. Can some one help me log in. Thank you!
