How do I save/download/print my knowledge assessment for offline review?

If you are unable to recall your password, enter your account email in the Forgot Password? tool. Within a few minutes, you will receive an email with a link to verify that you are the account owner. You will need to set a new account password after email verification. Support does not assign or have access to user passwords. 

Dear Counselor,

After signing in to the HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov site, users are not required to enter username and password credentials to access Webassessor. Your HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov user account automatically logs you into Webassessor.

There is a known browser error in which candidates are sometimes kicked out of Webassessor and asked to log back in.

it logged me out of my training and i cant sign in and im not getting my email to change password

I attempted to take the HUD exam on March 1st. Before the first question was even asked, my test was suspended and I could not take the exam. It appears this occurred because I was giving herself a pep talk.

Trying to access my exam, however, it will not launch

I didn't receive an email indicating I didn't pass the exam or where I needed more studying.

I never got my receipt for the exam I took on 11/12/2020. Will you please resend that email?

in 3.1 trying to use the drag and drop its not working. Ive changed from EDGE to Explorer and even used Edge . It does not work to drag and drop and so you cannot continue this module . I like to finish in order . Can you take a look ?
