Lynette called because her employer could not find her application in FHA Connection in order to validate her employment. Through discussion Support etablished that Lynetter is HECM certified and thought that her HECM application was linked to the Housing Counselor Certification. Support explained that she has to complete a separate application for the Housing Counselor Certification. Lynette stated she could figure out next steps. Support sent resources to her email.

Why am I get a message about not being registration for the HUD Certification Exam on tomorrow?

I have a question about setting up the biometric identification. I believe the software has been installed for me take the exam but I still have few questions

how can i get copy of my receit paid for test?

I just took my test and the test had errors while I was trying to submit. It showed there was only 27 questions and I answered 63. It showed empty responses for the ones I answered. I typed into the notes trying to get someones attention and that didn't work. I tried to recheck all responses multiple times and nothing. It showed I failed so can someone recalculate my exam and tell me if I passed.

I received response to my complaint regarding my horrible Proctor experience, yet there was no feasible resolution offered. My Case number is 01455848. I feel that a reasonable resolve would be to be granted either a refund, or a complimentary testing session. I have been waiting since the 27th of January to receive feedback, and though I was finally contacted on yesterday, the message was empty.
