• I attended the University of South Florida during 2005-2008 and I have always received extra testing time for my learning disability. I can show documentation if necessary.

I took the test in November and I was told by support that I have 10 tries so I'm trying to reschedule another exam because I am ready now and its making me repay.

I request Special Accomodations for the online testing . This involves : additional time, food/water breaks, stand and walk breaks. In order to validate this information, I have a physician’s letter that certifies my conditions, and is available upon request.

I answered Earned income credit for which I didn't think she would qualify -- but the child care credit I didn't not think was correct since there are no child care expense in her monthly budget

See below I was marked wrong for this answer but there were no child care expenses in the client's budget

I never received an email detailing my score for my first attempt. My training manager is inquiring about the score so im in need of that.

I was scheduled to test today at 9am PST. I started set up yesterday afternoon and ran into many many issues. I seems that Kyrterion while on the chat with them changed my time to test to the same time that I was still working with them. I was NOT a no show and need to reschedule my test .

I am on waiting for a while and it keeps saying face not recognized
