I was on 5.1 for training. How do I get my progress back.

To cancel or reschedule your exam, sign in to HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov and select Change Your Test Date in the Countdown to your Exam! section of your User Profile Dashboard. 

Follow the steps to reschedule or cancel your scheduled exam (cancelled exams will be refunded to the credit card used), then follow the steps to schedule a new exam.

I have a question about the last test I took and also if you have record of the payment?

I am trying to register for the exam and the system is asking me for a promotion/voucher code in order to purchase the class. I do not have this code. Who do I need to contact to retrieve this information? Please advise.

Hi! Is this a certification that anyone can do? I am not currently employed by an agency, I am about to begin my MSW. I would like to complete this as I am interested in working in affordable housing. It is unclear whether I should do this as I am not employed by anyone, it’s just an interest I have.
