Ticket from Todd Christensen - Certification Exam

On Monday, I paid for my exam (scheduled for tomorrow morning). I received a confirmation but have yet to receive my actual user ID. I've installed Sentinel Security but the Biometics requires me to have the webassessor User ID. I don't believe I've seen any information on where to find that ID. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Ticket from Valetta Mays - Certification Exam

I took the exam online today. It took a 1/2 hour to get a proctor when I did I was instructed that my mic was too loud. During the test there is no access to settings or anything else on my computer. I unplugged my mic to satisfy the issue only to be told that I would have to restart the process. It took almost 2 hours all together before I was even able to start my test. This is a semi stressful situation as it is; Why make it so much more difficult? All of this could have rattled me to a point where I would have been unable to pass my test. And then what?
