How do we create biometrics profile?

As the Dir. of Housing Counseling w/Cypress Hills LDC (HUD # 80626), I'd appreciate your help to know the result of the HUD exam reportedly taken by Juanairis Revis, tenant counselor. The counselor registered on 1/15/2021 & was scheduled for the exam on 1/26/2021. I copied the registration email below:. Thank you!

The "coupon/voucher" field is a standard field for the testing company. HUD does not provide voucher or coupon codes to offset exam costs. You may skip the "Submit" button and select "Check Out" at the bottom of the page to complete your purchase.

Want to retake the exam. How do I register?

Apparently, my name is not correct. I used Kathy Simmons and it doesn't match my legal name Kathryn Weller Simmons which appears on my drivers license. Even though my picture is on it, and the rest of the information is the same. The individual stated they could not allow me to take the HUD exam. So, now what??

Hi, I'm trying to re-take the HUD exam and i register for the Spanish one I need to take the English test. However, I notice also that it says I cant no longer take it, because I've taken it 10 times. What happens now, i need to take it, is this correct?
