The testing times are confusing to me when it comes to UTC. Below is what time I selected. Exactly WHAT TIME is that?

I am not allowed to the the acknowledgement button that grants me access to pay for the exam. How can I pay to register?

My exam was scheduled for 9:00 AM EST 4/5/2021. I launched the exam at 8:50 and instructed to wait for a technician to verify my ID. By 9:30 EST no technician had arrived and I was unsure of what to do. I closed the window to contact support, and was locked out of the exam.

When trying to complete the FHA connection application, I keep getting an error that states that there is no certified exam data on file. Both my social security number and counselor exam ID are showing as an error. I am unable to submit my application.

I am waiting to take an online exam, but a live agent did not respond at all last 30 minutes. What should I do? Can I reschedule my exam without paying any penalty?
