where can I print a receipt for payment for my recent exam

While taking the assessment test my computer system was acting up causing some of the questions in error wrongfully checked. On many of them, I checked the correct answer and yet when exiting out, I attempted to go back and review before exiting out as final, and for the strangest reasons it didn't let me. Instead, it exited out without allowing me to re-check my answers checked. I should have scored much higher since I knew majority of the question asked. Can I retake it or no?

I am interested in getting Certified as a Housing Counselor. Am I ineligible if I don't work for a HUD housing organization? Do you know of other certifications I can get in housing counseling that people who don't work at a HUD organization can get? Thanks!

where might I find the practice exam?

I was logged off my exam, received an email stating my exam will start again at 17:45pm 12/22/2020 and it is now saying suspended.

I need to reschedule my online exam and I would like to know who exactly who I need to contact.
