What is link to register for HUD certification test?

I locked my HUD account and I have an exam today .

Under the Countdown to Exam! section it says 'Visit Program Overview for information about the HUD Housing Counselors Training and Certificaiton Program.'

Due to a medical emergency I need to reschedule my Exam from Tuesday July 21 2020 2pm To Friday July 24 2020 2pm. I have already paid $100.00 July 8 2020. I know there is a $85.00 fee for this change. I attempted to pay it but your system would not accept my payment. Help me. I need to confirm this change and pay the $85.00 ASAP. I just spent 2 hours taking the practice exam it shows i completed it but doesn't tell me what my score is or what ones i got wrong how can i find that information?

what are level 3 questions please? Thanks

I need accommodation to the questions out loud and extra time.

During my school years at Trinity University 2004-2007, I would get accommodations for extra time and to read my questions out loud.

There is no limit on how many times you can take the exam. However, the registration system does limit the number of times a candidate can register for the exam. 

If you receive a notice about maximum attempts, please call Support at 800-448-7149. Support will manually unlock the registration system while on the phone with you allowing you to register. Please do not call Support for assistance until you are ready to complete registration and pay for the exam.
