I can not get to exam I was scheduled to take my test at 1400 and now its 14:39. This is not good for me I need to be able to take this test today

My name is Rosa Moya and I am a Housing Counselor in Housing Help Inc. I just successfully transferred my HUD Housing Counselors Certification written exam results to FHA Connection as mentioned in the email below. I filled it up my application in FHA Connection website but says error in Social Security Number. I don’t understand the problem since I fill it up the correct number. Can you help me with this problem?

What is the allotted amount of time at the test center?

I have tried to set up an account and have tried to reset the pw 5 times and it will not let me log in please help

I created an account but did not get the option to set a password and now I can't log in please assist, thanks.

I created a user account, but when I tried to set my password, I got this error message: "You have tried to use a one-time login link that has either been used or is no longer valid. Please request a new one using the form below."

I used the password reset option, and got the same message again. I am clicking the email link within seconds of it appearing in my inbox, so it should not be expired.

Where do I find the Study Guides so I can print them?
