I am trying to register to take the test. I have determined that there is a site that is open in my area, I have the correct ID, now where do I go on this site to actually register for the test and schedule it?!?!?!?!?

hello my boss has the print outs from 2019 I am wanting to know if i can use the same print outs to study or is there a different version now.
