Hello. I’m confused on how a start up HCA can get the 1 year of experience needed for eligibility. I’m also studying for the counselors exam and not sure how to be one for my own agency? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

can I retake the exam after the 10 try lockout?

Good Evening, I have an emergency situation that started today and I don't believe I'm gonna make it to the test on Thursday. I know it says 72 hours notice but this was not an emergency I planned.
